From the recently re-opened Port Ellen distillery, which remained silent for over four decades on Islay, this Signatory Vintage 1979 single malt is a truly exceptional find. Distilled on 9th August 1979 and matured for 23 years in cask No. 5154 and bottled on 15th May 2003. With only 479 bottles produced, this rare release offers a unique opportunity to experience a piece of whisky history.
