From the recently re-opened Port Ellen distillery, which remained silent for over four decades on Islay, this Signatory Vintage 1979 single malt is a truly exceptional find. Distilled on November 16th 1979 and matured for 23 years in refill butt #6670, it was bottled on October 28th 2003. With only 899 bottles produced, this rare release offers a unique opportunity to experience a piece of whisky history.
