Thompson Brothers’ Northern Highlands blended malt is a homage to sustainable farming and whisky making. Sourced from two distilleries, who base their production around a 39.8-mile radius of Dornoch Distillery, and employ traditional crop rotation, work with sustainable biofuels and focus on limiting their water usage.
This is a 8 year old blend of Clynelish and Glen Ord rested in a refill sherry butt. Creamy and biscuity on the palate, it is a delicious summer dram full aromas of peaches, vanilla ice cream and bananas
