The Authors’ Series, crafted by Hunter Laing, is a collection of single malts where each release pays homage to renowned authors.
Charles Kingsley was born in Devon back in 1819. A man of many talents Charles tried his hand in various careers such as clergyman, university professor and a novelist. He is well know for being the private tutor to the Prince of Wales. Being an avid writer he wrote many books with historical themes. His most known one being 'The Water Babies'.
Matured in a Refill Hogshead after being distilled April1989 at Balmenach distillery, this limited single malt is only one of 284 bottles filled February 2020.
