Dalmore - 15 Years Old & 16 Years Old - Luminary No.1 & No.2

The Luminary No.1 was created by the Dalmore in collaboration with architect Kengo Kuma and protégé Maurizio Mucciola. This expression has spent 15 years in a combination of Italian Amarone red wine casks, bespoke virgin "Kintsugi" casks that have been crafted from the Tay, and Japanese and American white oak before being bottled at 46.8% abv without chill filtration or added colouring. Highly limited, just 15,000 bottles have been produced

The Luminary No.2 continues Dalmore's crafting process via a 16 year maturation in American White Oak Ex-Bourbon Casks, before finishing in Graham's Tawny Port Pipes as well as Apostoles Sherry Casks. The No.2 edition was created in collaboration with Melodie Leung, associate director of Zaha Hadid Architects.  The Luminary No.2 is limited to 20,000 bottles.
