An exclusive limited edition release from Highland Park in 2016. Hobbister is the first release in the Keystone Series – a collection of special bottlings that highlight the five Keystones of production which combine to make Highland Park stand apart from other Single Malts.

Shiel

Shiel the second release in Highland Park's 'The Keystones Series' which explores and celebrates the five traditional keystones of production. Shiel is inspired by the hand turned method of barley germination used in production over that last two centuries. Due to this method being costly and labours Highland Park are part of a small handful of distillers keeping the tradition believing it to be responsible for their aromatic smoky flavour.

Quercus 

Quercus is the third release in Highland Park's 'The Keystones Series' which explores and celebrates the five traditional keystones of production that have remained unchanged for 220 years. Named after the species of oak used by the distillery to make their casks. **Slight crease to tube**

Yesnaby

A special edition release from Highland Park in 2018, "Hillhead" is the 5th and final release in the Highland Park Keystone Series – a collection of special bottles that highlight the five Keystones of production which combine to make Highland Park stand apart from other Single Malts. "Hillhead" stands as testament to cask harmonisation, the lengthy time and skill it takes to create such a balanced whisky.
