Old Malt Cask - Highland Park - 16 Years Old 1997
This 16 year old single malt was distilled at Highland Park in September 1997, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled into 307 bottles in December 2013.
Formed after Fred and Stewart Laing parted ways in 2013, Hunter Laing is under ownership of the latter and his two sons. The company took over Edition Spirits and began releasing their First Editions series. Since the demerger, Hunter Laing claimed the following ranges: Old Malt Cask; Old and Rare Selection; and the Sovereign.
