The Macallan Master of Wood selects only the finest in hand-crafted or hand-picked oak casks for The Macallan to ensure the proper aroma, flavour and colour in each variety. The Macallan Fine Oak is Triple cask matured in a complex combination of European oak seasoned with sherry and American oak seasoned with sherry and American oak seasoned with Bourbon.
