The Past, Present and Future Series is a celebration of both Billy Walker's momentous career so far, and what the future holds for the GlenAllachie. Each bottling is worthy of Walker's reputation and raising a glass to everything he has achieved in the last 50 years.
The second release in the trilogy is The Present. A fully sherry matured 16 year old single malt, starting in rich Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry wood before being transferred into incredibly uncommon Mizunara virgin oak casks with a medium level of toasting and charring.
