To create the first limited edition whisky in a new annual release series Rich Cacao, The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan embarked on a unique journey working with Jordi Roca, owner of the famed chocolate boutique and hotel, Casa Cacao and the youngest of the acclaimed Roca brothers. 

Macallan - The Harmony Collection Fine Cacao

Fine Cacao, the second expression in the limited annual release series, a global travel exclusive. Crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, this exceptional single malt whisky is characterised by a milk chocolate profile.

Macallan - The Harmony Collection Intense Arabica

The Third edition in their new annual release series, this single malt was inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner hosted a masterclass with world renowned coffee masters to explore the process from field to cup. The packaging has been expertly crafted to give new life to coffee bean husks, a by-product of coffee, that would otherwise have been discarded.
