The infamous heavily peated style of Caol Ila finished in a Jamaican style, Scottish Rum octave is very new to the category. The two Scottish made spirits create a cacophony of complimenting and contrasting flavours. Sweet smoke is complimented by savoury, nutty and meaty notes from the rum creating a true one-of-a-kind whisky. Natural colour, cask strength and non-chill filtered, limited to only 88 bottles.
