Balvenie 2001 DCS Compendium 15 Year Old Chapter #2 - Signed by David Stewart Including Pictures and USB This bottle forms part of the second release of Balvenie's five-part DCS Compendium, which is a tribute to eminent malt master David Stewart. It consists of a 2001 vintage, cask strength, 15 year old Balvenie matured in a European oak Pedro Ximenez Sherry Butt. Filled on 25th April 2001 and bottled 29th August 2016 from cask #9328. This particular bottle, and it's presentation box, have been signed by David Stewart. Included in this lot are 3 framed pictures of David signing the bottle, as well as a USB copy.
