Macallan – Edition No.2 This is the second release of the Edition range from Macallan. A collaboration between Master whisky maker, Bob Dalgarno and the legendary Spanish Chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. Who’s Restaurant the El Celler De Can Roca was named the best restaurant in the world twice by Restaurant magazine. This single malt was drawn from a combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogshead. Macallan Edition No.3 This is the third release of the Edition range from Macallan . A collaboration between Master whisky maker, Bob Dalgarno an and the master perfumer Roja Dove. The distinctive and dynamic character of Edition No.3 has been shaped not only by the use of European and American Oak casks, combining flavours to reflect each of their distinctive personalities in the resulting whisky. Macallan Edition No.4 The fourth release from Macallan in the Edition series, this Speyside single malt is a celebration of the distillery’s whisky making heritage, combining a unique selection of oak cask styles. Edition No.4 reflects the craftsmanship and pioneering design of the new magnificent Macallan Distillery.
